for any injuries or deaths resulting from use of the Mountain Cove facilities.

Full size pool open from Memorial Day to September 31
Swim at your own risk from 6:00am – 11 PM for ages 18 years and older.
Semi-private pool parties available during operational months with refundable $150.00 security deposit.
Barbecue pit and pool furniture provided for everyone’s use.
Clubhouse (Members only) except when otherwise stated.
Facilities include central heat and air with refrigerator, sink, restrooms.
Private rental with refundable $150.00 security deposit. Great for birthdays parties, social gatherings and meetings. Non-members rental rate ($50. per hour) + $150.00 security deposit.
SCHEDULING PERSONAL EVENTS AT THE CLUBHOUSE
Members may schedule events at the Clubhouse. Members are required to provide a $150.00 security deposit and sign a rental agreement forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event. The deposit will be refunded after inspection by a Board member. In the event there is damage, the Member forfeits the security deposit and is responsible for all repair costs. Adults over the age of 21 must be present at all times when the Clubhouse is in use. Teen parties must have rented security (1 security guard for every 25 in attendance) and one parent for every 20 in attendance. The contact information on the security guards must be available to the MC board at the time of signing rental agreement.

Courts are available year round for practice and fun.
