Committees Available By Laws Task Force - Draft and implement Community by-laws Clubhouse Committee - Maintain Clubhouse, Manage Reservations (personal use) Communications Committee - Draft Quarterly newsletter, maintain website, update entrance signage Membership Committee - Oversee Covenants Task Force, maintain membership database, recruit new members to the Homeowners Association, Oversee key issuance and retrial Community Affairs - Provide Community Awareness, develop a community political agenda, and connect Mountain Cove to other communities and associations. Social Committee - Plan "Last Day of School Pool Opening Party", Plan 4th of July Celebration, Plan Annual Mountain Cove Block Party, Plan Annual Shrimp Broil, Coordinate with Welcome Committee to have "Welcome" Potluck Supper", and Maintain Community Photo Album Swim/Tennis/Basketball - Overseeing Community Clean-Up/Fix Days, Managing Maintenance Contracts (e.g., Pool contracts), Coordinating with ALTA liaisons Landscape - Overseeing Front Entrance upkeep, and Overseeing upkeep of common areas including common area around the club house Welcome/Block Captain Committee - Recruiting Block Captains who will help welcome new neighbors, Developing welcome and greeting materials/packets, Greeting new home owners, Distributing community communications, handling community issues and complaints
